Our website collects names, email addresses, and other personal information from customers and visitors only when submitted via one of our online forms, such as our subscription form, or mailing list registration form. This data is used solely by GalenaFarms.com and is not shared, traded, or sold to third parties.
Phone numbers provided can be used to text information about your order, including order confirmation, tracking details, and post purchase follow ups. Phone numbers are also shared with the delivery company in case there is an issue.
Customers can edit their personal information by logging into their account OR by sending an email to request account changes to GalenaFarms@gmail.com.
Any credit or debit card information that is submitted is not held by GalenaFarms.com. Your card information completely bypasses the system that GalenaFarms.com uses and goes directly to the credit card processor. Your card information can never be stored in GalenaFarms.com's system.
Our website also collects non-personal data through the use of server-based "session variables," which we use to achieve important site functionality, including the recognition of logged-in users and the secure passing of shopping cart information. Our beehives leave the warehouse in mint condition. In transit wooden beehives can become damaged.
We ship out your beehives out during business hours -- we typically ship within 24 hours of when the order was placed. In some cases we do ship your product out on the same day you order it, but if not, you can expect it to be shipped on the following day.
Please note that if you are ordering an assembled product, this may take a little more time.
We use both FedEx and UPS to ship our products, whichever is faster. We ship from central Ohio and on average products take 1 to 4 days to reach your house.
We try our very best to get your beehives to you as fast as possible.
Please order and assemble your hive well in advanced to the arrival of your bees so you know there will be no issues. Poor planning on your part does not render an emergency on ours.
To qualify for free shipping, you must purchase $50 or more in products and live within the continental United States. If your order doesn't quite hit the $50 mark, we have a number of low cost accessories that can be added to your order. As a benefit to you, we also give deep discounts for purchasing in quantities of 2+, 5+, or 10+ of a product so that you can easily meet the $50 minimum on free shipping.

Returns must be filed via email within 14 days of receiving the product.

Within 24 hours, or during the next business day, after receiving your email one of our representatives will be in contact with you via email with further instructions.
In the email you will receive questions to narrow down which piece of your hive you need replaced or what you wish to return. Sometimes we may request to see photos of the issue you may have.
Once we've determined what parts need replaced or returned we will then send you a shipping label. Our Items are shipped from one of our many distribution centers and will not process your return. Please do not return to sender.
To return an item you must have a shipping label with an RMA number issued by Galena Farms. Your shipping label must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
All returned goods must be in their original state in resalable condition. The products cannot be dented, scratched, nailed, glued, broken or damaged.
We strongly advise our customers to always retain the tracking information pertaining to the return, at least until the transaction has been fully completed by both parties. This protects you in the case if Galena Farms does not receive your product for any reason.
Credit will be issued to the same card or payment method (ie. PayPal) that was used to make the original purchase.
